Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kt9999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Deposits & Payment Methods
kt9999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. kt9999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. kt9999 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals following approval; actual transfer times may vary depending on your payment provider. Before processing any withdrawal, kt9999 may require you to complete identity verification and provide documentation confirming your identity, residential address, and ownership of the nominated payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully met.

Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the kt9999 Platform are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods published alongside each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. kt9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in the voiding of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.

All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. kt9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of kt9999's trading team shall be final and binding. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. All slot and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by verified live dealer procedures supplied by the relevant game provider.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kt9999 Platform: using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; engaging in match-fixing or any form of irregular betting activity; colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose; and any conduct intended to defraud kt9999 or other users. kt9999 actively monitors all account activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities when required. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kt9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside kt9999's reasonable control. kt9999's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Closure & Termination
You may close your kt9999 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all outstanding verification and wagering requirements have been satisfied. kt9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
